Montgomery Partners, Inc. (MP) is a boutique real estate investment firm founded in 1983, whose principals specialize in the identification, acquisition, renovation, and management of value-added multifamily investments.   

MP’s target markets include California, the Pacific Northwest, and other select markets across the Western U.S.  Our mission is to secure undervalued income properties which will yield maximum profitability for a select group of private investors.
